  3. Freedom From Torture: New Torture Technologies Such As Electric Shock, Trauma-Inducing
    Drugs and Psychotropic Substances
  4. Impact of Biotechnology:
    (a) Food Production and food Security, (b) Food Management and Storage
  5. Right to Health:
    (a) Improvement of Individual and Community Health and Hygiene
    (b) Experiments on Human Being
